Horowitz Real Estate was founded by two brothers with a passion for real estate. From a very young age, Jordan and Josh took an interest in real estate from multiple angles such as development, investment properties, rentals, construction / renovations, vacant land and much more as their father and grandfather were seasoned veterans in the industry. After years of watching them go about their business and being involved in many transactions along the way, Jordan and Josh decided the best way to use their skills and passion for the industry was to become a real estate professional to help clients realize their dreams in the market.
Jordan grew up in the GTA and studied Law at Western University in London, ON. Once graduated, Jordan practiced law at a small general practice firm in downtown Toronto. Among many other types of law, Jordan specialized in Real Estate Law where he was instrumental in helping many first time buyers, investors, families and businesses purchase or sell different types of real estate across Ontario. Jordan eventually moved to a larger firm where he continued his focus on Real Estate Law and continued to work with clients from the beginning stages of purchasing their home until well after they had settled in.
As a Real Estate Lawyer, Jordan became enthusiastic about the transactional process of selling and buying homes and decided to obtain his Real Estate License in Ontario. In 2021, Jordan became a licensed Real Estate Agent and partnered with Forest Hill Real Estate Brokerage.
In his first six months as a licensed Agent, Jordan received a Top Producing Agent (2021) Award and Rookie Salesperson of the Year (2021) Award, demonstrating that his years of industry experience have translated well to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Josh also grew up in the GTA (in the same house as Jordan) and studied Business Management with a major in Entrepreneurship from Ryerson University.
Josh is the owner and founder of many different businesses throughout the GTA and is an entrepreneur at heart. He is the founder of Sell My Stuff Canada, Canada’s largest content and estate sale company. Throughout his 15 years at Sell My Stuff Canada he has seen and done it all in the real estate game and has helped thousands of clients downsize by selling their assets, doing junk removal, helping with packing, staging the house, decluttering, moving and delivery jobs, setting up the new house, etc, etc. He has franchised the company across Canada and has taught many other hard working business owners in different Canadian cities to do the same for their client base.
In addition to being knowledgeable, motivated, dedicated, honest and hard-working Agents, Jordan and Josh enjoy watching and participating in all things sports – including hockey, golf, baseball, tennis, basketball, surfing, triathlons and much more!
